Maybank has been Screwing Me

Yes its screwing me all this while, and matter of fact anyone who has a bank account with them! It will be implementing a new policy that is charging all it Maybank2u.com users a annual fee of RM12, which is payable every six month.

This is ridiculous, ok lets look at it from my point, ok i login, pay my bills, make some transfer ... I'm doing this all from the convenience of my home ... but this is not the only advantage, let look at it from Maybank's view, now that customers do not have to come in to their bank's branches, they do not have to process out transactions, their staff can now focus on something else. Ok when you go to maybank's online portal and performs some kinda transactions, thats akin to us doing the cashiers job at the bank itself. This is like self-service and we can call ourselves "we-are-workin-for-maybank-for free". Ok but this is a simbiotic relation, "you good me good!" but now Maybank is charging its customer RM12 per annum for something that we do ourselves!

But of course they have to provide the facilities, servers, web administrators, yada yada, yada ... but they have their existing servers, they could have been utilising their present infrastructure ... so no they might not have an excuse to be yelling for the money they spent on infrastuctures!

And this is all on-top of the 50 cent charge when we withdraw more than 4 times of our own money ... so they charged us when we are taking our money out, but everyone accepted that policy, so now they think its ok to start chargin for something else!

And not to mention the money they get from investment from our money...and it is reported that Maybank has reported a pre-tax profit for the first quarter at 793million ... wat the fuck is wrong with you guys man? can you just let us have free internet banking, why? is 793million pre-tax profit not enough to feed all you fat fuckin shareholders?
